About Your Strength Guide
We exist for one reason: to give serious lifters the information they need to get stronger, stay healthy, and train for life — without the noise, hype, or pseudoscience that dominates the fitness industry.
Why Evidence-Based?
The fitness industry is flooded with contradictory advice. One influencer says you need to train to failure on every set. Another says never go above RPE 7. One says eat 1g of protein per pound. Another says half that is fine.
We cut through that by going straight to the source: peer-reviewed research, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses. When the science is clear, we say so. When it's not, we tell you that too — and give you the best practical recommendation based on what we know.
Evidence-based doesn't mean impractical. We take research findings and translate them into real programming, real nutrition advice, and real recovery strategies that work in your actual life — not just in a lab.
